14. The Code to Goal Setting

“Having real numbers and real deadlines for your goals is more effective for helping you stay on track,” explains host Andrew. To combat self-sabotage, Andrew breaks down easy ways to stay on track and ensure that we set ourselves up for success.

 

Whether your goal is weight loss, weight gain, or anything else, setting up realistic goals for yourself is crucial. It may be nice to dream big, but if you don’t start small with achievable deadlines along the way, you may be setting yourself up for failure. But if you take your ultimate goal and work backward, you can find measurable ways of tracking your progress that will get you on the right track.
