A big part of sports recovery is knowing where to focus your time. Without sufficient rest and proper nutrition, it would be difficult to recoup mentally and physically from athletic training. Although the uncertainty of life can prevent us from centering on our recovery, Dr. Andrew demonstrates that caring for our bodies is possible.
